Ezer Marketing was founded by Shanier Harrison and Mayra Cruz. Their hard work, consistency, and perseverance made them the ideal candidates lead the Tampa expansion. They originated their marketing journeys separately in Arlington, TX. However, when the opportunity presented itself to expand the headquarter company, they decided based on their values and work ethic a partnership would be mutually beneficial.

Now that she is leading the Tampa expansion, her goal is to have the fastest growing office with the best production and for the company to be a reflection of the way she’s impacting her team and her clients!

Shanier is originally from Brooklyn, New York, but spent the majority of his life in Texas. Growing up he enjoyed skateboarding and being involved in creative arts. He is passionate about life and pushing himself to uncomfortable limits to become he best version of himself. He loves being able to create a fun environment while impacting and influencing others. His plan for the company is to produce results with high reliability and to make other people successful by investing in them 110%.

Entry Level: In the Entry Level phase, you will learn how to effectively execute an in-store marketing campaign for one of our Fortune 500 clients. You will to be the first line of contact for new and existing customers, so a big part of the Entry Level phase is customer service along with learning and utilizing product knowledge.
Account Manager: As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for multiple in-store marketing campaigns. The Account Manager will step into a leadership role by training other entry levels and account managers our award-winning system for optimal productivity. In this role you will expand on your communication skills that will be required to move forward. You will be given additional responsibilities, such as having hands on experience with conducting interviews to help explain to potential employees what our company does for our clients.
Assistant Manager: As an Assistant Manager your “behind-the-scenes” responsibilities will begin, as you will begin developing your business administration skills. In this role you will be responsible for vendor relationship management, overseeing a team of individuals, and presiding over payroll and finances. With our globally known clients they are looking for us to grow into their massive footprint. Thus, the most important role of the Assistant Manager is the planning of expansion for our clients.
Market Manager: The Market Manager role starts with brand management. The Market Manager is responsible for in-store marketing campaigns in the territory. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire sales pipeline and making sure the in-store marketing campaigns represent our client’s standards, along with our standards. With every Market Manager starting from Entry Level and working their way up, we are able to continually deliver well developed individuals to provide the results our clients are looking for year after year.

Jasen McQueen

Jasen graduated from Morehouse College in 2018 and is originally from Maryland. Growing up he loved playing basketball and baseball; he also enjoyed dancing and acting as well. Jasen is passionate about growing personally and professionally, so that he can develop as an individual while providing and creating stability for his family. On his off days, he likes to watch anime, play video games, and cook! He hopes to be a future Market Manager and continue to inspire growth in others.

Taylor is originally from Dallas, TX and she is excited about being selected to help expand the Tampa office. Growing up she loved playing sports and being a girl scout. She is passionate about her personal growth, and she knows that in order to duplicate herself she must first grow into the best version of herself. One of her future goals is to be an owner of her own eyelash boutique and she believes that her work ethic can take her there!

Imani is originally from Houston, TX. Imani holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology from Texas Woman’s University. Before coming on board, she worked as an RBT with children on the spectrum. She loves creating new relationships and spreading positivity! She’s passionate about God, her family, and serving others. Her plan with the company is to help expand the company even further while making a big impact in small ways.
